Swiss Skills for Competitiveness (SS4C)

SS4C builds on the successful results of the previous phases of S4C and STED but focuses on scaling and institutionalization key elements of dVET, processes and capacities within the broader skills for competitiveness ecosystem. The objective of the program is to strengthen the incentives and capacities of public and private dVET providers at the micro and meso level so that the skills of graduates match the needs of industry, thereby improving SMEs productivity and contributing to more competitive SMEs in Indonesia competing on the global market.
